Having access to a good Auto Mechanical Garage is more important today than ever before because today's vehicles require so much special attention to detail and computer evaluation. Paul and his team are incredible, I would highly recommend Convenience Auto Services to everyone. They are super honest, super helpful, fair priced auto mechanics. I had completely lost faith in finding a solution to a heater problem despite knowing what the issue most likely was but no one was listening to me. Any other mechanic said they would take hours to diagnose then the repair cost would on top of that costly diagnosis. Paul listened to what the issue was saving me literally hundreds of dollars by doing that one simple thing. He was able to source the problem within minutes and set me up with amazing temporary heat until the tricky to find part is sourced. I was amazed by his know how and get the job done attitude. I?ll be taking my ?99 4 runner to them for anything and everything it may need. Thank you again so much, Paul and team!!!

I came away extremely happy with the service and repair on my SUV. I was always a firm believer in letting the dealership work on my vehicles until now. After 4 visits over 2 years to the Ford dealership to resolve a surging and stalling problem only to be told that this is normal and I would need to spend thousands to replace the a/c system. My neighbor recommended Convenient Auto and having nothing to lose I booked an appointment. They resolved the problem and only charged for 1 hour of labour. Plus they explained the repair so that I could understand what was fixed. It's been 3 weeks and my Explorer is running like a new truck again. I can't say enough good things about their technicians. Thank you, thank you, thank you !!!

I am very happy with this shop. Todd has been very helpfu and fixed my Ford Escape the last few years. I feel as a women he is honest, does not jack the price up because I am a women ? If he found anything else wrong he calls before he just does it and charges you ? The shop is efficient, reasonable, friendly & very clean front & work area ! I had to bring in my vehicle twice last week,engine light on,then low tire.,thankfully they were open,with this virus scare,they are there wiki g for us. You cannot stay inside,they spray your keys before giving them back, they wipe down your steering wheel,the door that they touched. Thank you Todd. If you are looking for a great mechanic that is not too expensive, and does exceptional work THIS IS THE PLACE!!!! Paul is very honest and won't conjure up a long list of repairs if they don't need to be done. After my last oil change, he said my wheel barring was starting to fail and he would "keep an eye on it" and let me know after my next oil change. He knew even before my sensors picked it up. His prices are right in line with other shops around town but his attitude, speed and quality of work are far superior. BEST PLACE IN TOWN!!!!

A month ago I was looking for a mechanic for an oil change and a check-up (one of the wheel bearings was noisy). I chose a mechanic with good reviews (on yelp). I only changed the oil there and he told me how much it costs to change the wheel bearing. I thought that the price was expensive so I contacted 5-10 mechanics (with good reviews) for a quote. The best price was from Convenient Auto (40% less than what the first mechanic asked for) so I called Paul and he booked me for the next day. Paul was not there but his colleague was very helpful. I had some extra questions for him. He told me that my brakes still have life in them and how much it will cost when time comes, so I know what to expect (I think it's a good price). Great services with no surprises and a comfy couch (if you have to wait there for your car).

Service has always been very good, professional and honest. I know when I take my vehicle in I will not get ripped off and be told about repairs that need to be done. I have never had a bad experience at the shop. Been a long time customer for close to 20 years.

I had a very easy time working with Convenient Auto Services South with a fix to my brake pads/rotors and a wheel alignment! Paul explained everything to me and after calling around to 4 places the cost was very fair. I will definitely will be using them again!

We love taking our vehicles to Paul at Convenient. He is super honest about the work that our vehicles require and he does his best to ensure that the price of sourced parts is not astronomical. I brought my vehicle in for a steering problem, Paul and Ashley were very helpful, my steering is great now, they did run into a couple of issues and my vehicle stayed longer than I wanted it to but now at least my vehicle works much better.

Great job, and very reasonable price. They checked the charging system, oil change and checked the rear brakes. They called before doing any extra work (battery needed replacing) and had it done when they said they would.
