| I came away extremely happy with the service and repair on my SUV. I was always a firm believer in letting the dealership work on my vehicles until now. After 4 visits over 2 years to the Ford dealership to resolve a surging and stalling problem only to be told that this is normal and I would need to spend thousands to replace the a/c system. My neighbor recommended Convenient Auto and having nothing to lose I booked an appointment. They resolved the problem and only charged for 1 hour of labour. Plus they explained the repair so that I could understand what was fixed. It's been 3 weeks and my Explorer is running like a new truck again. I can't say enough good things about their technicians. Thank you, thank you, thank you !!! |

| I am very happy with this shop. Todd has been very helpfu and fixed my Ford Escape the last few years. I feel as a women he is honest, does not jack the price up because I am a women ? If he found anything else wrong he calls before he just does it and charges you ? The shop is efficient, reasonable, friendly & very clean front & work area ! I had to bring in my vehicle twice last week,engine light on,then low tire.,thankfully they were open,with this virus scare,they are there wiki g for us. You cannot stay inside,they spray your keys before giving them back, they wipe down your steering wheel,the door that they touched. Thank you Todd. Oh sad you moved to the other shop & closed the NE ,but so happy I lol found the other one. Thank you |
